  永春老醋,又名乌醋或福建红粬醋,是“中国四大名醋”之一。永春人酿醋始于北宋初期,以优质糯米、红粬、芝麻等为原料,实行液态深层发酵,采用独特生产配方,经大小50多道工序、历时800天以上精制而成,含有多种氨基酸等营养成分以及多种对人体有益的发酵微生物,是与其他食醋的区别。成醋品质优良、色泽棕黑,醇香爽口、回味生津,久藏不腐,在首届中国食品博览会上获得金奖,是居家之宝、礼赠宾友的极品。
  It is one of' the Top Four Famous Vinegars in China. The Yongchun aged vinegar is made of good  quality glutinous rice, Hongqv and sesame using a unique formula and this whole production process lasts 800 to1000 days. It contains various kinds of amino acids and fermentative organisms which are good for health.The nature of it is warm and it tastes sour with a slight sweet and strong fragrance but not puckery, and it is unforgettable when tasted. It can be kept for a long time and won't go bad, which is a great home warming gift or gift for guests and friends.
