安溪柿饼(Anxi Dried Persimmon)

  历史悠久的安溪名优特产,又名“柿粿”。安溪是福建省柿子的主要产地之一,安溪柿饼为“安溪三宝”之一,选取优质油柿为原料,经传统工艺精制而成,其饼色泽金黄、霜白肉红、柔软香甜、营养丰富,且入口冰凉、富有弹性、嚼劲极强:其不断析出的洁白柿霜粉更具生津舒肺、润喉平喘、活络养颜等奇效,堪称果中珍品,是敬客自奉或品茗的佳馔,深受人们的喜爱,驰名海内外。
  It is a famous local product with a very long history in Anxi with a second name Shibing. It is made of good quality persimmons using a number of traditional processes. The color of the dried persimmon is golden yellow with a laver of cream white covered on the skin and the color of the inside flesh is red. It is soft, sweet and rich in nutritions with functions of moistening lung for arresting cough, thus good for skin and health. This is really one of the best among fruits.
